Thank you for visiting and shopping at jluxelondon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 48 business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

All orders, both domestic and international, are typically delivered 2-4 working days after the order has been processed.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the Shipment Confirmation email.

UK shipping

We offer FREE delivery on all domestic (UK) orders over GBP 50. For all other orders, shipping costs are GBP 3.95.

International shipping

We ship internationally to the following countries:

The cost of shipping for international orders is a flat rate of GBP 16.95, which will be displayed at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage until it’s delivered to you. All orders require a signature, once we receive confirmation that the item has been successfully delivered, liability is passed on to you.
